Product Details

The magnetic oil plug is generally placed at the lowest point of the lubricating oil pool at the bottom of the gear box to absorb free ferromagnetic impurities caused by normal work wear. The traditional magnetic oil plug fixed the magnet by interference connection, or retaining ring fixed, or bolt connection, among which, interference connection due to the expansion coefficient of the body and permanent magnet is different, the change of temperature will lead to the separation of the two; Retaining ring fixing and bolt connection need to be equipped with the corresponding accessories, even so, the vibration of the equipment is easy to cause loosening of the bolt, or vibration noise of the retaining ring, if the elastic force of the retaining ring is insufficient, also lose the limiting fixing effect on the permanent magnet.
